Proteogenesis has applied our Superstable HIV Protease enzymes to develop fully validated assay kits (for applications including High throughput screening (Z > 0.75), secondary screening, counterscreening, IC50/Ki Determination, etc.) that exhibit superior characteristics. Our proprietary stabilization technology enables these kits to function with enhanced stability, activity, signal, and probability of detection. Kits are available for the Wild Type HIV-1 Protease, as well as a portfolio of the most challenging Drug Resistant Mutants, with some having over 12 amino acid substitutions. Kits contain active enzyme, buffer, and fluorescent substrate.
