P. Corrigan, Ph.D. - CEO.
Dr. Corrigan is our Chief Executive Officer and one of the founders of
ProteoGenesis. He has a MS level background from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute in engineering physics and material science, and
currently holds a Ph.D in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the
Quillen College of Medicine. He has conducted research as a NASA Fellow
on two USMP microgravity missions aboard the space shuttle Discovery that
focused on the crystallization of organic
compounds under microgravity
conditions. He also has been extensively involved as a researcher at the Oak
Ridge National Laboratory, where he conducted research in the Solid State
Physics Department on novel solid state
materials. His peer-reviewed research
in the field of Biochemistry has primarily
focused on the isolation of
transmembrane proteins and their characterization.
